not too long ago, i was doing little drawings/watercolors every week.
i enjoyed the exercise tremendously.
believing myself a non-drawer type, i never knew i could fall in love with the color and water settling into the paper fiber. in particular i began to develop my own little line. now i have hopes of making them into fabric. these have been waiting since the summer, waiting, waiting...
do you ever get stuck because you are not fully aware of another industry?
did you ever want to try something new and you felt motivated to move forward, but didn't know which way to head to get there?
well, this is how it feels to have the dream, the idea and the passion, but not the inkling of the road map.
i think spoonflower is my next step. I need some help with photo shoping the images, but I am back to that wonderful feeling - that sits at the back of neck and races up and down my spine.
DOn't wait! is what it's saying. life is too short. do something!!! Anything, but no more waiting.
so here's to taking my next step on the road of new adventures in all things craft, art and textiles! more to come.
