"color" ...to start a project

   

sometimes deciding where to begin an invitation or event theme can be as simple as deciding on a color palette. almost anything can be built around color.

here i worked with two of my favorites from work, in pool and chartreuse.

found some matching ink pads and a flower pattern on wnated for this girls night. once i had these done, i could begin to add a complimenting color to build on my theme.

small tags in one color to accent favor boxes, a paper flower in the same color combinations.

here is another example of a single color verses two colors to build on an invitation theme using yellows or adding poppy (orange) to mix and match the colors of an envelope.

 

just have some fun and don't be afraid to try somehting new.
